Our Beer

Not all beers are made equal. Everyone knows the big beer corporations. They manufacture on a grand scale and deliver a consistent product. The majority of the beer selections in stores aren’t artisan creations.

The term craft beer was in the mid-1980s by a columnist. Around this time,  microbreweries were appearing around the United States, and the success of their products was beginning to challenge large alcohol conglomerates like Anheuser-Busch and MillerCoors for refrigerator space in consumer grocery stores.

A craft beer is a beer made in a traditional or non-mechanized way by a brewery. The craft beer is handmade, often with local products and delicious and unique flavors. Irving Cliff Brewery handcrafts our products and uses only the finest ingredients for a one-of-a-kind flavor you can’t get anywhere else. But don’t take our word for it. Come taste it for yourself to find out why our beer is the best!
